Directions: unwind string from pearl. Insert pearl as you would a tampon (use coconut oil or any lubricant). Leave for 2 days then remove. Insert new pearl after 24 hours. Then follow instructions as before. Should only be used 1-2 times a month. Detox can take 7-8 days. Every woman is different.
